Personal:
I have been in the private practice of Optometry for 25 years here in Colorado Springs. For the past 6 years I have been proud to be a member of Vision Source, a network of premier professional practices with over 1400 locations now in all 50 states. Our mission with Vision Source is to preserve and promote good visual health and to provide our patients with the best possible vision to enhance their ability to perform at their optimum level at work or at play. To achieve these goals, we work closely with each patient and use the most current technology and materials to individualize our treatment program. We do our best to inform and educate you on all the possible treatment options to enable us to decide together on what is the best treatment plan for your visual needs.
Contact lens care has always been a large part of my practice, including daily wear disposable soft, extended wear, toric lenses for astigmatism, bifocal lenses, gas permeable rigid, and difficult to fit keratoconus lenses. There continue to be exciting advancements in technology and the developement of new lens materials.
As an eye doctor I enjoy working with children and know how important visual performance is to the overall learning process. I am very fortunate to have my two granddaughters living here in Colorado Springs, both wearing glasses for school.

Dr. Harrison is very pleased to welcome our two newest additions to the patient care staff. Nicole and Kay came to us with strong background experience in optical and are well skilled in frame selection, contact lenses, and fitting of eyewear. Nicole - Paraoptometric Assistant / Optician
Nicole has been a paraoptometric assistant and optician for 11 years. She is very knowledgeable in frame styling and in all aspects of contact lenses. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance billing and working with high tech optical equipment. She enjoys doing all that she does in the optical field and does it with the utmost integrity. She also has excellent customer service skills and enjoys working with others.
Nicole is new to the Colorado Springs area, along with her two loving daughters and husband of almost 12 years. She enjoys being with family and spending time with her friends.
